In order to help us do so, do not wait until the last minute. Apply now as routine passport applications are taking twelve to eighteen weeks.

- Apply for a Passport
In order to apply for a U.S. Passport in the Westchester County Clerk's Office, you must fill out an application, provide proof of U.S. citizenship, proof of identity, one passport photo which can be taken in our White Plains office and pay the applicable fees. - Renew your Passport
While the Westchester County Clerk's Office is happy to assist you with the renewal of your passport, the US Department of State now REQUIRES that most applicants renewing their passports do so by mail. - Passports for Minors
All minors, including newborn infants, must have their own passport. In addition to complying with the general requirements for applying for a passport, minors applying for a passport must comply with additional requirements. - Expedited Passports
Passport applications generally take up to eighteen weeks or longer to be processed by the Department of State. If you need your passport sooner, you may request expedited processing of your passport application, for an additional fee. - Lost or Stolen Passports
